Jesse has been a staple in kitchens around the Bay Shore and Fire Island area since he was a teenager. His love for live fire cooking has consumed many of his “days off” perfecting his style of que. Jesse is loved by many for his dedication to the craft which has been enjoyed from Long Island to Vermont.
Kevin’s early years working at a local fried chicken joint started his love of BBQ. After spending over a decade in Boston working in professional sales roles, Kevin’s family moved back to their childhood roots on Long Island.
Jesse and Kevin made the partnership official in 2022 by combining their diverse backgrounds to be the proud owners of Crossroads Que. The team is now cooking on a 500 gallon direct smoker which is able to travel to events of all sizes. CQ is committed in sourcing the best quality products for our customers. Whenever possible we work with our family at Corwith Farms, based in Water Mill, NY.
